Tobias Tomczak is a seasoned strategic marketing consultant and educator with a specialized focus on digital transformation, particularly in areas of customer experience, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

His career encompasses diverse roles, including consulting in both marketing and finance sectors. Additionally, he has a notable history as a sales manager for BSI, a company renowned for its CRM and CX software solutions.
Tobias Tomczak holds a PhD from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). His academic and professional journey includes studying and working in different parts of the world, adding a global perspective to his work.
He is proficient in English, French, and German, allowing him to serve a diverse international clientele.

Torsten Tomczak is Professor of Business Administration and Marketing at the University of St. Gallen. He gained practical experience in a retail company and an international advertising agency. He is a member of the board of the Swiss Marketing Association.

He has worked on consulting, executive education and research projects with numerous companies, including BMW, DHL, Kind, Porsche, Appenzeller Käse, Unilever, Migros Industries, SWICA and REWE.

His list of publications includes over 30 books and more than 350 articles in the fields of strategic marketing, brand management, marketing communication and innovation.
He is co-editor of the marketing podcast DIRTY DEEDS DONE WELL. He received the Credit Suisse Award for Best Teaching from the student body of the University of St. Gallen. The Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at the University of Lucerne awarded him an honorary doctorate.

Jana Gross is a Professor of Digital Marketing and New Technologies at KEDGE Business School. Holding a Ph.D. in Management Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Gross has a strong focus on branding, strategy, and analytics, briding data science and marketing.
Gross is a seasoned expert and researcher in digital, data-driven, and AI marketing. Her cutting-edge research is focused on developing data-driven, actionable, and science-based strategies that help brands to success in the dynamic digital landscape.
Beyond academia, Gross is a contributor to books, author of numerous research articles, and a sought-after keynote speaker at conferences. Her research interests encompass social media marketing, influencer marketing, and the integration of new technologies into marketing strategies.
In tandem with her academic career, she has seamlessly blended her roles, serving as a digital and data marketing consultant. Her consultancy work places a strong emphasis on branding, strategy, and data-science. With a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world application, she aims to shape the future of data-driven marketing landscapes.

Markus Gross is the Chief Scientist of the Walt Disney Studios and a professor of Computer Science and director of the Computer Graphics Laboratory off the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) since 1994. He is one of the leading authorities in visual computing, computer animation, digital humans, virtual reality, and AI.
In his role at Disney he leads the Studio segment’s research and development unit, where he and his team are pushing the forefront of technology innovation in service of the filmmaking process.
Gross has published over 500 scientific papers and holds over 100 patents. His work and achievements have been recognized widely, including two Academy Awards and the ACM SIGGRAPH Steven Anson Coons Award. Gross is member of multiple academies of science and of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
